Greystone Improvements LLC

Karac is thorough and his work is excellent. He's also very considerate of client needs (like our dog, and parking situation) and communicates frequently and clearly. He's done several projects for us, and not only was the experience pleasant but we are in love with our home. Thanks, Karac!

I’m spoiled ‘cause I’ve known this young entrepreneur all his life, but he did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my garage stairs, and I am so proud to watch this business get started doing excellent work with skill and integrity!! Thanks, Karak! You RULE!!

We hired Karac to replace the surface boards and railings of our old wooden deck with composite materials and he did a fantastic job. The work also included replacing an old staircase with a new one that is much safer and also looks much nicer than what we had before. We're very happy with the quality of his work which included a few nice touches like picture-framing our stair treads and painting the existing substructure. A few changes to the job had to be made when we found that a number of joists were more rotted than they first appeared but the change order was reasonable and the reasons for the change were clearly communicated to us. Overall, Karac was very professional from start to finish and gave us a deck that we're very happy with. I have to give him credit for keeping the project on track - the work was done during July 2023 which was the second rainiest July on record for our area. He worked around the rain and got the job done as quick as he could despite the weather. I would happily call him for another job in the future and recommend him to others.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Karac from Greystone Improvments LLC who fixed my screened-in porch, created new stairs and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional, and Karac showed a high level of expertise and attention to detail. Karac arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation, explaining to me what needed to be done and the timeline for completing the project. He was friendly and approachable, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Throughout the repair process, Karac was meticulous in his work, taking great care to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard. He was respectful of my property and cleaned up after himself, leaving the porch looking as good as new. Overall, I was impressed with Karac’s knowledge and skill, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of similar services. His pricing was reasonable, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Karac was quick and responsive! Helped us get this project done well and fast despite some complications.
