Creative Concepts Remodeling

Creative Concepts Remodeling is Scott Robertson's owner-operated construction and remodeling business in Clinton, working as general contractor on kitchen and bath work, additions, ADUs, decks and carpentry, bringing in licensed trades as needed. The clearest look at what that means for a homeowner comes from a door: after a previous contractor left a client's front door jammed shut, Scott diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly, staying timely and transparent throughout. A separate client working with him on a fuller remodel said the space that came out matched the vision they had going in, and plans to bring him back for their next project. A Nextdoor neighbor pointed a stranger his way in similar terms. His Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#209107) is active on the state registry — BuildZoom's own listing checks out against the same number. Scott's website also states he personally holds an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, though that one hasn't been separately verified against the state registry. The record here is thin — two Google reviews and one Nextdoor mention — so it's worth asking for a couple of recent references on a remodel-scale job before committing to anything bigger than the repair work described so far.
