A 2020 customer said that within 5 minutes after he left an estimate visit, their water heater blew out from the bottom; he came back, helped stop the flow and clean up, and they hired him on the spot to install the new water heater. A 2020 reviewer said he communicated well about arrival time and what needed to be done, and called the work reasonably priced. In 2021, a customer called him very informative and said they would have him do more to repair the furnace system. A 2023 customer wrote that a furnace not yet two years old started making a banging noise as it struggled for air; he came to evaluate it and mentioned putting in another vent, then never got back to them, and an email went unanswered.
