Grizzly Bear Construction

Grizzly Bear Construction is a general contractor based in Oak Bluffs, MA, on Martha's Vineyard. The company says it's been operating for about six years with a crew of roughly 12, and its Thumbtack profile lists it for a broad mix of remodeling work — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, new construction — plus roofing and fencing. Its public track record is thin so far. Thumbtack shows a single 5-star rating, from an April 2024 review that simply thanked the company for a quick reply to an inquiry rather than describing any finished work. The profile does show 140 project photos posted to its gallery, but there isn't yet a body of customer accounts saying how a job actually turned out. Anyone considering them should ask directly for references or recent job examples, since the online record right now doesn't offer much beyond the photo gallery and that one quick-response review.
