A cracked pipe behind a hidden leak and new plumbing for an upper-level bathroom are jobs GTG Plumbing and Heating customers described in June 2024. Both accounts named Guy: one said he found and replaced the cracked pipe quickly, solving the leak; the other described new pipes through the house’s stack and installation of a toilet, sink, shower and vanity. That customer praised his care and said he was attentive and easy to work with. A May 2024 reviewer had discovered a plumbing mess left by a previous owner in the bathroom walls and floors. They said Guy tackled the complex problem and left the plumbing organized and up to code. The customer also described him as kind and on time, and said he helped when they were in a time pinch. In a July 2021 review, a customer described the plumbing Guy handled during their kitchen remodel. He moved the sink to a corner, plumbed and connected a dishwasher they had not had before, and ran a new water line across the kitchen for a refrigerator. The customer praised his promptness and described the price as reasonable. GTG’s written customer accounts date from 2021 to 2024. Google reports a 5-star average from four ratings, and the Better Business Bureau gives the business an A+ grade.
