Gutter Docs LLC

Gutter Docs LLC is a family-owned Methuen shop built around Carlos, its owner and a working lead installer with more than 25 years in the field — its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (HIC #198398) is registry-verified active. The company installs, repairs and cleans seamless aluminum and copper gutter systems, fits gutter guards, and handles related exterior woodwork like fascia and soffit replacement across northeastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and southern Maine. The record is unusually deep and consistent: 23 Google reviews running from 2021 through mid-2026, every one five stars, and the specifics hold up across the years rather than clustering around one good stretch. In a June 2026 review, a homeowner who'd gathered four quotes described Carlos as genuine and settling on his mid-priced bid over cheaper options; that same month, another review described the crew removing outdated gutters and installing new ones after new James Hardie siding went up, taking care to pre-drill and caulk every hole to keep the siding's own warranty intact. The technical detail keeps showing up across the years. In an October 2021 review, a customer described hiring Carlos to clean and flush gutters and install heating cables and gutter guards ahead of winter, with before-and-after photos and the cable run both inside and outside the gutters and downspouts to guard against ice dams. A 2024 review described a full gutter system install on a newly purchased home, with color choices offered at no extra charge and a warranty behind the work; a 2022 review described a two-year-running relationship with a commercial customer, Northeast Storage; and another 2024 review described a large project broken into smaller, budget-manageable phases at the customer's request. Pricing comes up as fair and often mid-range rather than cheapest, warranties are mentioned repeatedly, and several reviews single out communication — clear quotes, remote estimates that came in accurate, and questions answered without pressure. There's nothing negative on file across five years of reviews, and the license is one homeowners can check for themselves rather than take on faith. For gutter work — installation, repair, cleaning, ice-dam prevention — across the Methuen and Merrimack Valley area, this is about as complete a written record as the category gets.
