The work is narrow on purpose: seamless aluminum and copper gutters and downspouts, gutter guards, cleanings and repairs, plus the exterior woodwork that goes with them — fascia, soffit and trim replacement when the boards behind a failing gutter have rotted. Carlos personally visited my home on three occasions, the first was for the initial quote, second as a walk through to review some changes I requested, and finally on installation day. I had 4 quotes for the job and Gutter Docs was in the middle, but Carlos was genuine in my opinion and interested in providing the best solution. Gutters and downspouts are installed and look fabulous. Carlos committed to a price and schedule, arrived on time and completed the work. Exceptional service and value. I personally value supporting a family owned and operated business 100%. If you are looking for quality workmanship, look no further.
The paragraph above was my original review several years ago on another platform. Carlos has since done more work for me, putting in new runs of gutter and performing twice annual maintenance. His fees are reasonable and his work is always exceptional. Scheduling is fast and flexible, I prefer text message. He and his crew are always punctual and do excellent work.
Carlos & crew did a fantastic job removing outdated gutters/downspouts & installing new, efficient gutters & downspouts throughout my house after the completion of new James Hardie siding. They took utmost care in pre drilling holes on the new siding & applying appropriate caulking to seal all holes as per James Hardie warranty. They treated my house as if it was their own & the outcome was perfect. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend! Gutter Docs replaced two failing gutters and installed a new one. The quote process was easy and the price was reasonable. Carlos the owner showed up on time for both the quote and installation and cleaned up afterwards. The gutters look great and we're no longer walking through a waterfall to get into the house.
