Sales person gave the sales pitch. While in my home, he brought out a sample of the Gutter Helmet material, and said it couldn't be bent, it was so strong. (I'm a 5'2" petite woman and homewoner). He dared me to try and "bend" the material, and said he'd do the "project for nothing" if I could bend his sample gutter. Without any effort, I bent it. THis was after giving me a full quote. When I asked if he was going to honor his promise, he said "no". When I said I'd call his boss and report him, he said he would deny making this statement to me. I went ahead and hired them. Poor quality work. Sloppy. Not effective in keeping gutters clean.
