A Better Business Bureau customer said that after signing a February 2026 contract for window replacement, they were charged the full amount up front rather than billed per the agreed payment schedule. First, it's useful to note that Gutter Queen and Advanced Roofing and Siding are run by the same couple, which gets confusing when you ask for a quote from one and get an email with the letterhead of the other. Once that was sorted out, the estimate and work happened quickly. The work done was high quality at a reasonable price, with the 5-inch K-style gutters correctly tipped and sealed and downspouts attached. These gutters worked fantastically during a recent downpour! They also replaced a rotted fascia board and covered the gap between the existing trim and the drip edge. While they did not inform me before they did this extra work as they said they would, they gave me a considerable discount, and I would have wanted the work done anyway. The only other thing was that I picked up a number of nails left on the ground afterwards. (The old gutters were nailed in.) Note: After posting a previous version of this review, they called to apologize about the nails and the lack of communication, and they offered to clean up the debris. I’ve already cleaned up thoroughly, but I appreciated the offer. For this reason, I’ve updated my review.
