We are so glad we went with HP Hardwood Floors when we installed maple flooring across our kitchen, living room and dining room in Norwich VT. Herman is a really careful, hardworking, communicative and experienced contractor who did an exceptional job at a very reasonable price. Our old house gave him some problems, but he always talked through the potential solutions with us and we are very happy with how it turned out!
Herman came to do our hardwood floors. They looked great! Then our new addition settled a little bit and there was a gap in the floor. We were devastated. We called Herman and he came and fixed it. You can’t even tell where the gap was. Nice thing about it was he didn’t even charge us the second time. Told us he stood by his work. You don’t find that quality work any more. Glad he did our floors. If we ever have an issue we will be sure to call him. Great job Herman!
