H.R. Finishing Expert, LLC

H.R. Finishing Expert, LLC has been doing home-improvement work out of East Boston since 1999, per its Better Business Bureau profile — 27 years covering additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement work, windows, siding, and roofing. Its own site adds painting, handyman work, and carpentry to that list, and Houzz separately lists roofing replacement, vinyl siding and fiber cement, replacement windows, masonry walkways and patios, stone and brick facing, and interior renovations. Google shows a 5-star average, though only from two ratings so far. Houzz lists a Massachusetts Home Remodeling Company registration for the business — a directory listing, not a state verification — and describes 15 years of experience, which doesn't match BBB's 27-year figure; worth asking directly how long the company has actually been operating. Confirm that registration with the state, and get references for a project similar in scope to yours, before signing anything.
