Hale Design Build Corporation

Hale Design Build is a Gloucester design-build contractor founded by Drew Hale, working on high-end custom homes and commercial/hospitality projects along Massachusetts' North Shore, with a separate team also operating in South/Southwest Florida. In a December 2025 Google review, a homeowner credited Drew's energy for winning the job in the first place, and said that same energy — along with strong organization, communication and craftsmanship — carried through design, construction and completion, with creative fixes to problems that came up while staying on budget. In 2023, a Gloucester news site thanked Drew Hale and the company for donating labor and materials toward repairing a local elementary school's science park. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and the company names Tonno Gloucester, a Caturano Group restaurant, as a repeat hospitality client, describing its estimating as open-book with line-item detail. Its four published client quotes are anonymous, so ask for direct references on comparable work before signing on.
