Hampton Flooring Center runs a showroom in Easthampton, selling and installing carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate and luxury vinyl for houses and commercial spaces, plus hardwood restoration and kitchen and bathroom design. Its BBB page puts it at 27 years, started in April 1999, with six employees and Jill Tower as president; the company's own site claims 35 years of experience and calls itself family-owned. BBB also lists the business as woman-owned and shows an "SDO - WBA" certification under licensing information. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. 4.5 stars over 44 Google ratings, and the through-line in what people write is the crew that shows up — on time, precise, and gone without a mess. A homeowner in July 2026 described a job that needed a whole new plywood subfloor and still ended with no mess and an estimate that matched the bill. In a 2025 review, a customer had LVT run through most of a 1,200-square-foot home, hit a subfloor problem that wasn't the company's doing, and said it got fixed without fuss. Another 2025 customer named installer Angel and sales rep Rui on a Costco-sourced COREtec vinyl plank bathroom floor with new baseboard. Repeat business turns up often: a 2022 reviewer counted a tile backsplash as their third job with the company. The complaints are few but specific, and they land on finish and follow-through rather than price.
