This is a follow up review. I would like to leave all the stars blank if the system allows. It looks all good in the beginning but when weather changes, problem starts to appear, even though it is only a few month after. If you do not mind a cracking defective corner after only 6 months of rare stepping/passing, if you do not mind terrible humidity coming up from below the floor, starting early from the summer, if you do not mind not being answered when you ask for help when these problems all come up, then you are strongly advised to come for the service. But all these happened to me even when I specifically told him that I have a two year old who is suffering severely from allergy related ezyma. Right now the humidity not being proofed from the flooring is doing harm to my son and the cracking corner is right in the middle of his bedroom. He is only 30 months. How heavily used can this room be in order to have this cracking corner? However the office stopped responding to me after I started trying to get a follow up check up. So, be really careful for your family on this one.
