The Milton business is owner-operated by Jason Wertz, who says he started it in 2017 after leaving government and military construction contracting so he would stop traveling for work away from his family. It describes what it does as repairs, installations, bathroom renovations and deck builds, and carries 4.8 stars from 22 Google ratings. The written reviews run from 2021 to 2026, and the job list rarely repeats itself. Another April 2026 customer had two interior doors and a storm door hung, a few rooms painted, and the entryway hardwood refinished. A June 2025 reviewer had shelves, curtain rods and an extremely heavy 150-pound mirror put up. Further back: a set of wooden stairs at a Quincy rental property in December 2021, and a shower floor and living-room ceiling replaced in November 2021. The larger jobs are mostly bathrooms. A November 2024 customer had nearly everything in theirs replaced and wrote that when something went wrong during the process, Jason fixed it quickly; a November 2022 review credited him with turning a guest bathroom into something the owners could be proud of, and called him meticulous and thorough. In August 2023 a customer listing off replaced locks, drainage issues and assorted repairs called him their "go-to" guy. Several reviewers writing between 2021 and 2025 reach for the same word — responsive — and two, in 2022 and 2023, mention that he left the house clean when he finished. One of the fourteen written reviews is a single star. In February 2022 a customer wrote that they had paid a down payment the previous November on a new storm door so the parts could be ordered, were told to expect it in January, and had then spent a few weeks trying to reach Jason for a status update without success. That is the thing to settle up front: if your job needs materials ordered and paid for in advance, agree on the delivery window and on how you will hear about a slip. If your list is a mix — a door to hang, shelves to put up, a room to paint, a bathroom to gut — Wertz has done all of it, and one 2023 customer had him back for project after project around the house.
