The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #196869 appears on BuildZoom, Angi and HomeAdvisor with an October 2027 expiry, but that is the directories' own listing rather than a state-registry check, so ask to see the registration. And the newest written review is from June 2025, so ask who is on the crew now - the accounts name Cleber himself. For deck work, exterior carpentry and siding around Milford and the Metrowest towns, this is a sensible call. Get the estimate in writing, since more than one customer made a point of the price holding, and confirm whether painting is included once the carpentry is done.
