Its documented offerings include home building, additions, accessory dwelling units, universal design, remodeling, framing, and new-home construction. My experience was great. I would use them again
Great job from start to finish old beach house complete remodel from porches to a big back yard redone and new kitchen
Working with Harbor homes was a NIGHTMARE. Everything seems pleasant until work begins. We were off Cape during the construction. 1. Not all permits were pulled. Always had reasons why. 2. Came down for meetings- Harbor was normally a "no show", Seems that everyone else had an "emergence" when our meetings were to take place 3..No concern for the furnishing or other aspects of our house not related to the construction. One point wood was piled on a new floor they just installed. A majority of work was outside but the interior of the house was treated as a work site. 4. Used our soup pot to mix cement than left it uncleaned outside 5..We were away for 2 and a half months We were told that work was being "worked on" or "completed" when neither happened. Found that, if we went to the Cape, work would be accomplished 6. Keep accurate records of the funds given them, Copy all checks. Don'y pay for work they say will be done. I suggest not to pay for work unless completed. . 7.There isn't a schedule as to when work will be completed or a payment schedule.Calls were made on 8.One year latter still waiting of them to work on the punch list. Had to hire another contractor to finish the work. From others, I have heard this isn't uncommon. We now in the process of doing another major renovation, We did NOT EVEN THINK OF ASKING HARBOR HOMES FOR A BID

Was great in the beginning and the house is gorgeous but...my floating floor is now buckling in the humidity, one room has 3 non working outlets and they are completely unwilling to do items on the punch list. DO NOT make a final payment till you have a month or so living in the home to figure out what's really still not done. I cant even get screens for my brand new kitchen windows and I've been asking for 2 months. Nice people...seem way over extended.
