A whole-house paint job, a basement remodel and a roof reshingle are among the jobs customers describe hiring Harbor Painting & House Washing to do. The company says it was founded by Octavian Sili and remains owner-operated in Hyannis, serving residential and commercial customers on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard. Its advertised work includes interior and exterior painting, house washing, carpentry, handyman work, and kitchen and bath remodels. In a September 2025 Google review, a customer described having the inside and outside of their home painted, including a dock, garage and pool area. They said Octavian and his painters arrived on time each day, worked hard and finished the large job in a timely fashion. The customer also found the pricing competitive with other local companies. A November 2025 reviewer described tile-floor replacement, two bathroom remodels, lighting, painting and a kitchen backsplash installation, praising the quality, reasonable prices and punctuality. The remodeling accounts include a June 2025 review of a full basement remodel with multiple bathrooms. That customer said Octavian was receptive to their ideas. In an April 2022 review, a homeowner described a full remodel of a Sandwich beach home, including the kitchen, floors and baths; they said the work finished on time and on budget. Another customer, writing in April 2025, described years of painting, washing and carpentry or remodeling across multiple homes and said they had referred their daughter and son-in-law for repainting their first home. More recent accounts describe a roof reshingle, replacement of rotted wood and a ridge vent, and sealing a concrete patio. The July 2026 roofing reviewer praised the pricing and finished appearance. The June 2026 patio customer said Octavian stayed responsive and communicated throughout the process. Another June 2026 reviewer praised his workmanship and tidiness.
We used Harbor Painting to reshingle our roof, replace wood rot and replace a ridge vent. The work they did was impeccable. They were reasonably priced and left the house looking brand new. Highly recommend!
Harbor Painting did a wonderful job sealing my concrete patio. Octavian was very easy to work with, he was responsive and communicated with me throughout the process.
Octavian was easy to work with, great workmanship, so neat & tidy.
I highly recommend Harbor Painting. They’ve done a ton of work for us including: tile floor replacement, 2 bathroom remodels, lighting, painting, kitchen backsplash install and more. The quality is excellent and their prices are VERY reasonable. They are punctual and timely. Octavian and his crew are all professional and kind. I can’t wait to have them do my master bath!
We just moved into the area and our new house needed a complete painting, both inside and out. Harbor Painting did a FANTASTIC job on both the exterior and the interior of our home (this included a dock, a garage, and a pool area). Octavian and his painters were very easy to work with. They arrived on time every day, were very hard working, and they were eager to make sure that we were happy with their work. It was a very big job and they finished it in a timely fashion. Pricing was competitive with other companies in the area. Harbor Painting has transformed our new home and I highly recommend them for your painting needs!
