Amazing team!!! Josh and Dave came out late at night to immediately evaluate. Phenomenal service. Grateful to have a reliable HVAC team now to service both AC and Heating/Plumbing needs. Highly recommend without reservation.

Tankless Navien water heater went down as the worst possible time. Lost electricity, lost Internet then the hot water. Did a search and found Harborside. If customer service was like this then life would be so much easier. Klark D. was friendly, on time and he explained everything what was going to be done. The rude customer service at certain big named Boston hospitals can learn something from this company. To the boss over at Harborside, please tell Klark thank you!! You found yourself a new customer. I'll call Klark again for the next catastrophe. 👍

Within hours of randomly contacting Harborside HVAC Dave and Josh were on the spot. Inspecting our old out sated system. After them examining the situation, Josh came back in and gave us a thorough review of what we were up against. To spend good money after bad and still rolling the dice on if it would remedy or even prolong our problem. We absolutely made the right decision to go with there plan of replacing our system. Within days they removed the old and professionally installed the new system ! These guys are honest and trustworthy.

Dave & John were responsive, professional and exceeded expectations. I am thick when it comes to troubleshooting anything hvac and they took my questions, gave me solid recommendations and did the diligence to solve my issue without tacking on a bunch of up charges. Would & will hire again for anything related.
