Regional HVAC

We recently hired Regional HVAC for a major upgrade to our older South Shore home, including the installation of whole-home heat pump and mini-split systems, as well as a new electric water heater—and we couldn't be happier with the results. Regional HVAC came highly recommended by family, and now we understand why. Steve is exactly the kind of tradesperson every homeowner hopes to find: honest, knowledgeable, communicative, and someone you can trust completely. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of, and his pricing was fair and competitive from the start. Steve and his team were punctual, respectful of our home, and incredibly tidy throughout the project. They worked hard to find the best placement for every piece of equipment, carefully balancing performance, aesthetics, and functionality. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Everything was explained clearly, there were no surprises, and the project was completed on time and within budget. As a Mass Save–approved contractor, Steve also helped make that process seamless. The transformation in our home has been remarkable. We previously relied on window AC units and dealt with inconsistent temperatures throughout the house. Now every room is comfortable, with no more hot or cold spots. The best way to describe it is this: our home's climate control went from feeling like an old car with a failing engine and unreliable heat to a luxury vehicle with perfectly tuned climate control. The comfort is effortless—you simply notice that every room feels exactly right. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Regional HVAC and would recommend Steve and his team without hesitation to anyone on the South Shore looking for high-quality HVAC work.

We had been looking for a company that would install the specific boiler we wanted and do the job to our specifications. We spoke to around 5 companies and by far Steve and Joe are among the most informative and knowledgeable plumbers we met. They were super willing and ready to take on the job and deliver exactly what we were asking for. We spoke to a few companies who wanted to install their recommended boiler, which was not what we wanted. The price was fair with these gentlemen. These guys brought their professional crew in, did clean work, delivered on all promises, were very responsive, worked through the day with no delays and we are happy to recommend them.

We cannot say enough great things about Steve Moore, he has been helping us with our house since we bought it in 2015.  He would always come to our rescue when our heat stopped working and then eventually installed our new hot water heater.  That is not all he has done, but we are thankful for our endless supply of hot water.  Steve is a great worker, who is very knowledgeable and is honest when it comes to what you need done.  Steve is great and that is why we recommend him to our friends and family as well.
