Harding Builders

A basement remodel finished on time and on budget is how one customer described working with Tim and the Harding Builders team in a July 2017 BuildZoom review. The customer dated the project to spring 2017 and praised ideas for improving the space and solutions to problems. Harding Builders describes itself as a family-owned design/build remodeling company in Rochester, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions and in-law apartments. It says it serves Rochester, Fairhaven, Marion, Mattapoisett and Wareham. In a separate June 2017 BuildZoom review, a customer identified Tim Harding as the owner and described working together on the remodeling design. They said his suggestions improved the project and saved money in some cases. The crew arrived on time each day, kept disruption to the home down, cleaned up daily and accommodated changes and special touches. That customer said the remodel finished ahead of schedule. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 201740, is active under Harding Builders, LLC.
