Amazing job!! We worked with Tom to create the design and pick out all the features. Meagan was the best!!! Her communication, work ethic, candid outgoing personality, and attention to detail were all things that made our kitchen and 1st floor what it is today! Connecting with Tom during different intervals of the project was helpful and allowed us to ask the important questions throughout the process. We could not be more satisfied with the outcome of this project and they were all a pleasure to work with (including all their subcontractors). The ease of just being able to contact them to handle anything was worth every penny.

We stopped in to look at having our kitchen and bathroom cabinets replaced because our cousin had her whole kitchen done by Thomas Michaels Design and they did a fabulous job! We worked with Tom, Meagan, Ryan, Josh and Liam. They were all extremely helpful and friendly through the whole process. Tom worked with us through the design process, handling any changes that we asked for. Meagan kept us informed of the schedule, and Josh was very attentive to detail during the installation. As the project came to a close, they worked off our punch list very quickly. We love our cabinets and counter tops!

Several years ago I was lucky enough to find Thomas Michaels to help with a major kitchen remodel that I was running from afar. As a designer, I appreciated their meticulous attention to detail and quality control. As a customer, I was thrilled with their communication and terrific crew of subcontractors. Last fall they came to the rescue for a less "fun" job, rebuilding an old shed addition. They managed to work within our tight timeline and modest budget to deliver a wonderful product. They are friendly, creative and generous, and I can't recommend them more highly!

After a year of frustration with contractors who did not call back or come back or write the promised estimate, a friend suggested TMD because they are honest and reliable. TMD is located a little farther from my location but I decided to try talking with Tom. My experience starting with that initial meeting has been exceptional. In truth: phenomenal. TMD truly wants to fulfill their clients wishes. They are very clear about their well thought out and experienced process. Each step on the journey from initial design to choosing materials through final payment is thoroughly explained. Communication is key to any good working relationship. TMD excels in good communication. All my question in person or via calls, emails, texts throughout the project were answered promptly. Every time! The team is trustworthy. So important if you are not on the premises, as I was not. Their craftsmanship is top notch. Their attention to detail, quite frankly, amazing! The team is devoted to their craft and proud of their work as well they should be. Work is completed on time and on budget. I cannot say enough about this remarkable experience ending in a gorgeous new kitchen and new windows in other areas of my home, done just how I dreamed it could be.
