Affordable Home Inspections

I used them for my home inspection back in November. They were phenomenal and reassuring about issues and gave realistic expectations should I purchase. I purchases the home they inspected and refer back to their report often when coordinating with my contractors and it has saved such an headache. Highly recommend, very thorough and did not rush at all.

So previously i had an unpleasant experience with another inspection agency so i was a little skeptical about having my inspection done by Affordable home inspections. But i must say they exceeded my expectations. At first it was a bit overwhelming because I had Carry and Pam inspecting, as well as the termite and radon inspectors all at once. But once I was with just them two I realized how much they were helping me. Carry went into places I didnt even know were there and Pam was very thorough, clear, and very nice. They answered all my questions and concerns, gave me some advice on things that needed fixing, and were not rushed to finish. Also, my report and pictures were given to me the same day. Glad I chose them, and will choose them again if needed in the future.

Pam and Cary were wonderful. The best in the business. I was shocked to even see a negative review. I’ve had 3 homes inspected by them and they were amazing! Will go back to them again and again! I highly recommend them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE TWO! What a complete waste of time and money this duo was. They missed so many obvious items in my home that have led to nothing but more money out of my pocket. One example was my dishwasher, it was not only not wired but not plumbed or actually mounted in the cabinetry. An inspectors job is to touch everything in the house, I have no idea what they were doing during the 2 hour inspection. I've also had major mold problems discovered, MASSIVE water damage issues as well as severe termite damage found. ALL of these things are problems we as home buyers rely on our inspectors to find and inform us of. Lesson learned. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money on someone who knows what they are doing.

Pam and Cary were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They spent several hours evaluating all aspects of the house and acted as true advocates for me as a potential buyer. They ferreted out inaccuracies both in the listing as well as verbally from the real estate agents and provided extensive written and verbal communication during and after the inspection. I heartily recommend their services as money well and soundly spent.
