That February 2026 Google review describes a business whose customers also call for rental-property help, yard work, and household repairs. Hart says it is locally owned and has served Harwich Port and Barnstable County since 2010, offering cleaning, landscaping and hardscaping, handyman repairs, painting, flooring, deck work, and junk removal. An April 2026 customer described almost three years with Hart, first as the property manager of a rental house and then as the people they contacted for help while living there. They praised the cleaning jobs, completed projects, and availability when issues came up, naming Jason, Sasha, and the team. Another April reviewer said the crew arrived as promised and praised the quality of its services. Google’s August 2026 listing showed a 5-star average from 18 ratings. The smaller repair jobs are described concretely. In a May 2025 review, a customer said Jason and his team took apart a kitchen-cabinet drawer and replaced its automatic-close mechanism. An April 2025 customer praised heating-and-cooling duct cleaning, describing efficient work, no mess left behind, and affordable pricing. A January 2026 reviewer said Blake offered same-day junk-removal service at a price they liked and praised his speed. A March 2025 customer praised Jason’s yard cleanup, saying he arrived when promised, completed the agreed work, and charged a reasonable price. In June 2024, another customer described work on an overgrown property along with house pressure washing, gutter and window cleaning, and interior cleaning. Rental-home help also included a personal search: in a September 2025 review, a guest at a Chatham rental said Sasha responded promptly when they thought they had lost an heirloom watch and returned to search the house twice, including the garbage. The guest eventually found the watch in their own luggage.
