Rental turnovers are a recurring job in the December 2025 accounts of The Cape Cleaning Services. One Cape Cod rental owner wrote that Karina and her team had handled turnover cleanings since summer 2023, arranged the property the way the owners liked it, and sent photos of broken or malfunctioning items. The owner, who lived off Cape, also credited Karina with helping secure handyman services and cleaning up after renovations. Another customer, writing in December 2025, described several years of summer weekend turnovers without guest complaints, plus deep cleans after remodeling and after guests left the house in poor condition. That customer praised thoroughness, timeliness and responsiveness. A separate December 2025 review described cleaning, organizing and laundry from May through the fall during a busy guest season. The company describes itself as an owner-operated Cape Cod business run by a local mom and business owner. It offers residential and commercial cleaning, including rental properties and post-construction sites, and says it uses eco-friendly, Green-Seal-certified products. Google lists a 5-star average from five ratings. In a December 2025 review, a customer described the team as punctual, thorough and well-organized, and called the price fair.
Karina did a phenomenal job cleaning for us for a few years. She handled the summer weekend turnovers for us flawlessly and we never had any complaints from guests. She also did a few deep cleans after some remodeling and also after some guests that treated our house very poorly. We were always extremely pleased with her. She was very thorough and timely. She is very responsive and works very hard to make her clients happy. Will definitely be using Karina’s services again soon!
Karina is very professional. She does a great job.
Karina and her team have been doing our turnover cleanings for our Cape Cod rental since the summer of 2023. Guests universally praise the “impeccable” cleanliness of our property. Karina makes sure it is set up the way we like it, and she sends us pictures of items that have been broken or are not in good working order so they can be quickly addressed. Since we live off Cape, Karina‘s help in securing handyman services has been invaluable. In addition, she did a spectacular cleanup for us after some recent renovations. Karina is extremely responsive, and she's a lovely person. We had two cleaning services before her that didn’t hold a candle to The Cape Cleaning Services. Karina is a gem. We are so lucky to have found her!
We received excellent service from The Cape Cleaning Services. The team was punctual, thorough, well-organized, and used quality products at a fair price. We look forward to continuing their services.
We have used Karina’s expert services for cleaning and organizing and laundry from May thru the fall this busy season filled with guests at our home in the cape and continue to use her services. She is highly skilled, thoughtful and trust worthy. She has my highest recommendation.
