Hashem Construction LLC

Hashem Construction LLC is a North Reading, Massachusetts general contractor that describes itself, on Houzz, as serving clients across three generations in design/build work — additions, kitchen and bath renovations, and new construction — with a self-listed service area spanning 31 towns. A related BuildZoom profile, registered under Hashem Construction Inc at a North Andover address with John Hashem Jr as owner, shows 6 permitted projects on record and a BuildZoom score of 90, placing it in the 47th percentile of the roughly 139,000 Massachusetts contractors BuildZoom tracks. BuildZoom lists an active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license (#116025) for the company, a separate HIC registration (#199977) it says was cancelled and now shows inactive, and an unverified electrical license out of Newton. Given the two different HIC numbers and the mismatch between the Houzz LLC listing and the BuildZoom Inc. profile, it's worth asking directly which entity and license number would be on the contract, and confirming both are current, before booking.
