On credentials, BuildZoom and Angi both report Massachusetts construction supervisor licence CS-119161 under Lyle H Dorgan, with Angi giving an expiry of 3 December 2027 and noting that its licence statements are self-reported. That is a directory's account, not the registry's. There are no customer reviews anywhere — Angi marks the pro as new on both Angi and HomeAdvisor, BuildZoom shows one permit and no reviews. Nothing here supports a rating, and none is given. If you call, resolve the size question first: ask which of the two descriptions is current, who will actually be on site, and get the construction supervisor licence number confirmed directly against the state registry rather than a directory page.
