Excellent service and real expertise! I had a frustrating rattling noise coming from my HVAC system that was keeping me up at night. It sounded like the fan was scraping or something was loose inside the unit. I called several companies before HEPLAC. The first company diagnosed a bad fan motor, replaced it, but the noise continued. A second company also came out and told me my entire furnace was at the end of its life and recommended replacing the whole system for thousands of dollars. I almost went through with it. Thankfully, I decided to give HEPLAC a call. Their technician came out, thoroughly diagnosed the system, and confirmed that everything inside the unit was actually working fine. After some careful checking, he discovered the real problem: one of the grills in my bedroom was loose and missing screws. Every time the fan kicked into second stage, it caused the rattling noise. He fixed it quickly and professionally for just $150 — a huge difference from the thousands others wanted to charge for a problem that wouldn’t have even been solved! I’m finally getting my sleep back thanks to HEPLAC. Their tech was knowledgeable, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again in the future!
