Oliver came to our house to look at some weird issues we were experiencing in one of our rooms. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He did a good job explaining what he did and found, as well as his recommendations and the quotes for them. Communication ahead of time with the office staff was fast and responsive as well.
Heritage came through for me, they were prompt taking my emergency. The Electricians was Owen and he did a great job. He explained what he was doing and he was patient, answered all my questions. The end product he fulfilled all the requirements which allowed Liberty to turn on my lights.. I would recommend Heritage and readily work with Owen again.
We had a total of 4 systems have maintenance done to them- two HVAC systems and two central air systems. It was a big project and our technician spent about 6+ hours making sure it was done throughly and correctly. He walked me through and explained everything. Showed me things I needed to know and made sure I understood it all. Took pictures of everything and made sure to fill out all documents with the upmost detail. Very friendly and professional. His name was Angel. He did amazing and I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!
Heritage was amazing from start to finish. We were looking to add mini splits to the house for heating and cooling. CJ talked us through everything while he was doing the estimate for us so we knew exactly what we would be getting and why and how the installation was going to go. He was also very quick to respond to our queries when we were making our decision about who to go with for the install. Having the system installed just before the heat wave was an unexpected bonus! The guys doing the install were very professional and knowledgeable as well. They stayed till the job was done and were very respectful of our time and our needs for the house during that time. The project took 2 and a half days to complete and we are super pleased with everything! The house feels so much cooler and less humid and we haven't even been using all of the units! I converted from a propane fueled holding tank for my hot water to an electric hybrid heat pump water heater. Chris and Dan (plumbers) and Bryce (electrician) did an excellent job. Everything was done neatly and the materials and components used are well made. The crew showed up on time and were very respectful of my property. A shower valve was also replaced in my bathroom. I never heard of Heritage Home Service before and glad that they did my job. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future.
