A warmer house after weatherization is what one High Efficiency Energy Solutions customer described in a January 2026 Google review. The homeowner said Evan and Corey explained each step of a Mass Save project and left the home immaculate. High Efficiency says it is based in Sandwich and provides home energy assessments, air sealing, weatherization, spray foam insulation and duct sealing across Cape Cod, the South Shore and the South Coast. The company says Craig Bishop and Julie Lawson founded it in 2016 and own the business. Its website also identifies Cape Cod Energy Solutions as a network it operates under and describes the company as a certified Mass Save home performance contractor. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active under the registry holder High Efficiency LLC. Google lists a 4.4-star average from 17 ratings. Customers have described work beyond an initial energy assessment. In a January 2022 review, a homeowner credited Cape Cod Energy Solutions with follow-up attic and basement insulation and weatherstripping, saying the house felt tighter afterward. A December 2023 reviewer said Corey explained the audit process, installed a thermostat and provided smart power strips, then made recommendations and a referral for heat-pump information. In August 2024, another customer described a central air and electric heat-pump installation and praised both workmanship and pricing. Communication also drew praise in a July 2025 review of a lengthy, complicated weatherization project. That customer described working with insulation, heat-pump and plumbing teams and said office staff addressed questions and concerns thoroughly. An April 2024 reviewer said installed equipment matched what had been specified, the installation was speedy and follow-up was fast. A July 2022 Google reviewer reported a different experience with attic insulation. The customer said fiberglass was installed despite plans to finish the attic, that the work was not explained until installation was complete, and that promised callbacks did not arrive. They alleged the company later quoted $1,500 to remove the insulation and charged the bank card used for the deposit without authorization. Those are the customer's allegations about that project, including disputed advice about the insulation's suitability.
