The written record is consistent: 38 Google reviews since 2023, 37 of them five stars and just one four-star. A review from this month describes a crew member named Greg walking a homeowner through exactly what he'd done and leaving the place clean — the same pattern shows up across years, not just a good stretch. In an October 2025 review, a homeowner watched a Mass Save-subsidized insulation quote of $3,300 come down to a $600 out-of-pocket cost. In a January 2025 review, a homeowner whose basement had just been cleared by a mold-remediation crew had Cape Save seal the foundation sill and insulate the ceiling — basement humidity dropped from 47% to 34% afterward.
