In a July 2025 Google review, they described Nick restoring its appearance, discussing changes before proceeding, and leaving the surrounding garden and shrubs unscathed. Another customer, writing in June 2025, said he power washed, sanded and painted their aging deck to their specifications, communicating throughout the work. Panther Construction LLC is based in South Yarmouth. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. Customers writing on Google from 2023 through 2025 described work ranging from ceiling repairs and insulation to living-room changes and door installation. In a February 2025 review, a customer described a ceiling repair with a difficult pattern to match. They said Nick worked to get the patch to their liking and praised his drywall and plastering work. An April 2025 reviewer described a small insulation job, saying he arrived and finished when promised and charged a price they considered fair. A customer writing in April 2024 described hiring Nick to repair basement water damage after three other contractors had stopped responding. They said he fit the work into his schedule promptly, kept them informed as the project progressed, and offered his professional opinion when asked. In a separate March 2024 account, a couple described changes to their living room: wall-mounted televisions, floating shelves, elevated game consoles, Alexa-controlled lights and a ceiling painted black. The older accounts also describe varied interior work. A November 2023 customer praised work involving walls, paint, flooring, doors, surround sound and television mounting. Another November 2023 reviewer said Nick worked late hours and weekends in their commercial space. In December 2023, a customer described a newly installed storm door and said Jack was pleased with the installation.
