Although the service started out great, I've repeatedly left messages for 7 weeks and have heard nothing back. Several teacher friends also reached out to explore their services and never heard back. Very confusing situation.After waiting for weeks for a return call or email, I received a bill with no explanation of services...and they won't return a call requesting clarification. Would have loved to continue supporting them, but it's not respectful or useful if you can't communicate with your client.

Great people, great work

While they were very responsive on the phone and setting up the job, the project we agreed upon was not done completely. I had not yet moved into the house, so I was no there on day of job. When I called to discuss my perspective on the job after I moved into the house, they said it was too late - that I needed to offer this feedback on the day that the work was done, and that despite the job not being done as discussed, I had to pay in full. So now we have spent a lot of money, for a half-finished job. I understand it was a timing issue - but still feel it could have been managed better. Additionally, their “leaf removal” pushed all the leaves onto our pachysandra, leaving us with a big spring clean up!

New Life Community Church hired High Street Lawn Unlimited to level out and install 60x100 stone dust pad for our large tent to be erected on. We also hired them to rehab our volleyball court; to level it out and install 30 yards of play sand to make it regulation size. High Street is full of professional, courteous, and responsive employees who take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Every time something was requested or changed, they were immediate in their response and efficient in their work. We were very pleased with them and will be certainly hiring them for future projects. We appreciate and thank Charlie, Max, Eli, Iain, Aiden and their employees for their care of our church property.

High Street Lawn did an exceptional job at my home this spring. They mulched all around the house and the trees on the property with beautiful edging. They also tackled a overgrown garden bed loaded with weeds and the trees were a mess. They pruned and dug, added a beautiful border and mulched the whole thing. So much hard work! They were so pleasant to work with, came right out when I called for an estimate and were out to do the work in a very resonable time frame. They communicated with me about arrival and left my yard in pristine shape when they finished.Could not be happier and would highly recommend High Street Lawn. Sue Aukstikalnis, Maynard
