Highland Builders & Design, Inc

Highland Builders & Design, Inc, a Newton company run by David Nauss, has 14 permitted projects on file with BuildZoom, though none come with a description of the work. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #120960, is confirmed expired by the state registry. A separate license, General Contractor #110277, has been expired since 1994 according to BuildZoom's most recent check in June 2026, and both #110277 and #120960 also show as inactive home improvement contractor registrations. With no active license currently verifiable, confirm current licensing and ask for references directly before hiring.
