We worked with Pavlo as our project manager, and he was fantastic. This was my second major project working with WR Builders. WR Builders put on a new roof, new front and back stairs, front and back doors, and new paint. The price and timing were very reasonable considering the massive amount of work that was done by carpenters, painters, roofers, etc. I highly recommend Pavlo as a project manager, as well as Wilson and WR Builders for home renovation and construction! Edit- I added the before and after photos, it’s a staggering transformation. I will also say they did a great job working with Somerville, which is a notoriously difficult city to work with.

The whole team was great and communicative. On time and on budget. They did what they said they would do which these days is hard to come by.

My apartment experienced significant water damage in early December, and I contacted WR Builders for an estimate. Their inspector was quick to respond, thoroughly assessing the damage and preparing a detailed invoice for my insurance company. My project manager, Kiryl, was incredible—he handled all the logistics with my property management and kept the project running smoothly. I never had to supervise, the team worked independently and did a great job. The entire team was professional and did an excellent job. I am extremely pleased with the results and the hassle-free process.
