Highly recommend them for inspecting the home you are about to purchase. The attention to detail is impeccable. All the things Sam pointed out in the report and when we went through the house helped us honestly save us a bunch of money in the long run. As a first time homebuyer this were very appreciated qualities. After the 3 hour inspection, Sam shared his inspection report within 24 hours.
