A 2015 customer said that after a first call about a kitchen renovation plus a master bath and master closet renovation, a design team came to the house, listened to a wish list, measured and made suggestions. In that 2015 account, the principal came with the design team to a second meeting at the house and presented an itemized financial breakdown for each project and a timeline for completion of each phase. The same 2015 customer said the design team then gave its own presentation with 3D design plans. A 2015 customer said the entire lower level of the house was remodeled, an office, family room and bathroom/laundry room, with new floors, painting, doors, shelves and built-ins, and that the job was done on time and on budget. A 2015 reviewer who hired Skip for a kitchen and then a master bath, around $120,000 for the two jobs, said the kitchen was done on time while the master bath piled on delays and took twice as long to finish.
