Hogan Home Remodeling

Hogan Home Remodeling is a Lowell kitchen-and-bath remodeler with a building-science background: its Angi page lists a BPI Certified Building Analyst credential, EPA lead-safe RRP certification and N-Star recognition, and says its owner spent eight years on the Lowell Conservation Commission and worked before that as a housing rehabilitation technician on historic housing. Houzz files the company under Kitchen & Bath Remodeler and lists design-and-remodel work alongside home remodeling; the two projects posted there are four kitchen photos and one of a library. Angi widens the list to basement remodeling, additions, tile and glass, bathroom updates with warm-up floor tile, small handyman jobs and thermal-leak energy audits, and puts the business at 33 years in the trade. NKBA membership sits on the Houzz profile. The towns it names are Acton, Carlisle, Westford, Chelmsford and Concord. Two things to settle on the first call. Both directories carry the Massachusetts licence credentials as the company's own claim, so ask for the registration number and look it up on the state register. And the two pages disagree about the Conoyle Street address: Houzz puts it in Lowell with the 01851 zip, while Angi prints 01741 — a Carlisle zip — and files the page under Carlisle, so confirm where the business actually operates from. For a kitchen or bath rebuild in one of those towns, particularly in an older house where lead-safe practice and air leaks matter, this is a reasonable outfit to get a quote from. Get the scope, the licence number and proof of insurance in writing before anyone starts.
