Would highly recommend. Josh made sure to explain everything he observed. I asked plenty of questions even regarding basic functions of things in the house and he was happy to pull up diagrams and explain how things worked. He had plenty of recommendations which really helped getting an idea of what needed to be done. Hes very knowledgeable with a 5 star personality. 10/10 recommend.
On 04/29/2026, Josh from Home Inspections by JML, Inc. performed a home inspection for me on 4/29/26 in Massachusetts. I admired his attention to detail coupled with his warm personality. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to any and all.
Josh and Michelle were amazing at communicating from start to finish! They made the home inspection process seamless. Josh arrived early for our appointment time and already began inspecting the outside and had a report ready for us on that. He was well equipped with all the proper tools to check every thing and documented every photo along the way. This was our 1st home purchase and inspection and they both made the process as easy as could be and less scary than you would expect a home inspection! Josh was extremely kind and welcoming and very informative and knowledgeable! Highly recommend for any first time home buyer
We had a fantasitc experience with Home Inspections by JML, and we highly recommend their services—especially for first-time home buyers not knowing what to expect! Michelle made scheduling effortless and was incredibly accommodating with our tight timeline. Joshua did our inspection, and his thoroughness and professionalism were truly impressive.
As first-time buyers, we had a unique situation - the home had been purchased, flipped, and put back on the market within 30 days, requiring us to go Conventional. We were nervous about the inspection and tight timeline to close, but Joshua immediately put us at ease. He walked us through every step, explained his findings clearly, and made sure we understood what to expect. He sent us a very detailed report the same day and was able to hop on a call to answer our additional questions.
Joshua and Michelle are a fantastic team, and we couldn’t recommend them more!
I had a fantastic experience with Josh, our house inspector! He was incredibly professional and thorough, carefully checking every part of the home and leaving no stone unturned. What really stood out was how he took the time to walk through everything with me, explaining each detail in a way that was easy to understand. It made the whole process so much less stressful. On top of that, his funny and friendly personality made the experience genuinely enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about what he does. Highly recommend!
