Very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

Jason was, what I would call, hyper professional. I was not represented by a buyer’s agent at the inspection and he made sure that I understood my right to have the inspection without the seller’s agent following us around, which was critical as I had some question about a few areas that I would have been too timid to ask about with the agent standing next to me. I had written a list of concerns before meeting him at the inspection and had emailed it to him. He was sure to address all of those concerns and a good deal more. He was clear that it was his opinion before answering any concerns I had and he made sure that I had my eyes on other things that he found that I had not seen at first, but were of some concern to him as inspector. He made sure that I understood what he could and could not do before we started the process. I believe he was as thorough as he could be and, having experienced a different inspector at a different house, his level of professionalism knowledge was clearly evident. No bravado just knowledge of structure, history/age, and code. Nothing skipped or casual glances at. He “fine tooth combed” the property. I’m very glad he was referred to me and I will absolutely be using him again when another Inspection comes up. No question. (The referral came from another professional, not one referred by a realtor , which could be an important difference).

Jason did a professional and thorough inspection of our renovated mid-nineteenth century home. He patiently answered our questions and informed us regarding current and future maintenance our home needs. Great experience. We’re so glad we hired Jason! He was worth every penny!

I have used this company twice now for home inspections. The thorough inspection by Jason and the resulting inspection report for the first inspection is what prevented the purchase of a money trap, and for the second inspection, the report was reassurance to move forward with a purchase.
