I first spoke with Jeff of IndoorDoctor to inquire about their sevices. He took the time to patiently answer my many questions reqarding the scope of their services. Rachel followed up with a contract and appointment booking. She was attentive and gave excellent customer service. Sean was my indoor testing specialist. He arrived on time, took the time to listen to the air quality history and issues I was experiencing. He came well prepared with many different gauges and was very knowledgeable regarding air flow, voc, carbon dioxide and mold. He provided excellent customer service! I highly recommend this very professional company and their staff!
As someone who has struggled with mold toxicity in the past, I was very wary of finding a trustworthy and mold literate company to test my home. IndoorDoctor, Sean specifically, was incredible!
