Our experience with Conner was great. He was on time, he was professional, he took his time explaining things to us, and he answered all the questions we had. Also, because of the timing of the inspection, he has to go back for the water sample next week. He organized the best date and time with my agent and was quick to accommodate. Very pleasant experience.
We had a great experience with the House Doctor! Due to an issue with the seller not leaving the house unlocked as scheduled, they had to come out twice, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout the process. Both visits were handled quickly and professionally. They were very thorough with the inspection and took the time to make sure everything was carefully checked. We really appreciated their attention to detail, communication, and willingness to work with us despite the unexpected inconvenience.
