Excellent work and easy to coordinate and schedule. Professional and polite. Highly recommend for work. They redid my bathroom and we love it!

We hired the Kratmans to renovate our two bathrooms. We wanted to do a complete remodel of our small 1st floor half bath and 2nd floor full bath. Everything began smoothly enough, but once they received the second installment payment, we began to have serious concerns. There were suddenly extensive delays for constantly fluctuating reasons. There were poor workmanship issues they refused to address. There was trash left around our property they did not dispose of on a timely basis. We repeatedly requested a meeting to discuss the problems and our requests were ignored. We were going into week 11 and the half bath remained incomplete. The final straw came after the installation of our new bathroom door. See pictures of the defective workmanship and trash they left behind. When they did not immediately return to correct the issues, we finally terminated the contract. They did not return our second installment for work towards the 2nd floor bathroom they never touched. I hope this review serves as a warning. Do your homework. Make sure the licenses and registrations of those you want to hire are active. Sign a legal contract. Protect yourself and your home at all costs.

If you want superior workmanship and professionalism, these are the guys to call!!! They’ve done so many jobs for me over the years, I can’t count them. Jobs that seemed catastrophic…the level of their knowledge and ability to not only handle the problem, but set my mind at ease as well, they are unsurpassed. I am a client for LIFE!!! We highly recommend Home Repair Services. They installed white PVC front stair railings, and replaced our double hung windows along with a huge bay window and window seat. They were not only extremely knowledgeable, but very friendly, on time and price was reasonable. If you need anything renovated in your home don’t hesitate to contact them. You won’t be disappointed.
