The thing reviewers keep pointing to is that Ryan stays engaged through the whole job and stands behind it afterward. In a 2024 review, a homeowner described a beautiful new roof and Ryan staying in touch throughout — and, years later, coming back the next day to investigate when another contractor's work was mistakenly blamed on his roofing, proving the siding company's error instead of his own. Another 2024 review described Ryan flagging a roof problem while quoting siding work and giving a combined rate on both jobs, staying in contact until everything was finished. Older reviews, from 2017 through 2021, describe him installing floors and a bathroom vanity countertop with the same traits — quick, neat, and reasonably priced. One 2021 review, at one star, is a real exception: the customer described two no-show scheduled days with no communication, followed by a message that the project couldn't be completed.
