So I have only had one home inspection in my life so I dont have anyone else to compare. Thats being said I feel Hometeam home inspection was outstanding they were very knowledgeable and helpful to my wife and I explaining any questions we had. There inspection was very thorough checking everything and anything they could see and included it in thete report. Would definitely recommend home team to anyone and will definitely use them on our next home inspection!

Such a great experience! I am moving to a new area that I am not at all familiar with. My agent suggested HomeTeam. I am so glad she did! The ladies were so thorough and were willing to stop at any point to answer my questions or go further in depth as to what they found. The report was 114 pages long. It covered things big and small, things that were immediate concerns and things that I could work on as time went on. It is going to be my checklist as I get settled into my new house. They also have many resources they can recommend for different projects. This is very appreciated as it is hard to find reputable service people. I highly recommend HomeTeam!!!!

Home inspection went very smoothly on an older home. Both inspectors had deep knowledge of systems and what happens over time in a home. Their insight gave me "different eyes" to see the house with, more experienced and helpful eyes. The report was very long and had great pictures to illustrate the items of note. Their pictures were much better than mine! I understand what I am getting into with this home and have a better plan going forward of how to tackle the urgent items and which items can wait. This team was a pleasure to work with, thanks again. Give them a call, they are awesome.
