Jeremy is the owner of Hometown Appliance, according to a recent Google customer who had him work on an ice maker that had not worked in well over a year. Jeremy fixed a fridge and a dishwasher quickly for one recent customer, who called the cost very reasonable. One recent customer wrote that the business came the same day and fixed their dryer. A recent customer with a Samsung fridge that had ongoing water problems wrote that the issue was ultimately not resolved. That customer said Jeremy was transparent that he wasn't fully convinced he had identified the exact cause, followed up, and discussed possible replacement parts and pricing. A 2026 customer said the business repaired their dryer in Worcester in a few hours and that he sent pictures of the repair and the issue because they were not there. A 2026 customer whose washer stopped working right before a vacation wrote that Jeremy diagnosed and saved the washing machine, with zero issues since.
