Letourneau Appliance Repair

Very professional and knowledgeable. Their response and service were both prompt and greatly appreciated. Will fixed our Speed Queen washer, and was easy to converse with. We will definitely be referring Letourneau to our friends and family.

*I’d like to add to my original review. I had Miele come to my home to fix my oven. They confirmed that they do have the part that Letourneau says they don’t have. But, the biggest mistake was the part that Letourneau says was broken (and cost me over $500) was not even the part that was broken. It was a small part in the back of the oven that costs about $40! PLEASE READ Misdiagnosis, Misidentification and Manipulation Came out, “diagnosed” our machine and proceeded to have us order the incorrectly identified part number he found on eBay claiming the part was no longer available to order new. Only to find it was, he just didn’t call the manufacturer. The used part he identified was more expensive to top it off. While installing the part he claimed it was a broken part. The machine gave an error. When we followed up with the manufacturer, Miele pointed out it wasn’t the correct part number and was the technician's error. We followed up with the business, William proceeded to insist it was the correct part number, said he took a photo of the part while on the service call… he proceeded to send the photo. It was the photo from the listing on eBay that he had only rotated a bit. It had similar markings, I was sure. I took out my machine and looked, sure enough… the photo wasn’t of the board in my machine. He misdiagnosed our machine, misidentified the part number and attempted to manipulate with lies. The choice is yours, I’d stay away!

Professional, prompt, and did great work repairing my speedqueen washer. Explained the issue, the repair done to fix it, and gave some useful tips to avoid issues. Their employee answering the phone was also top notch. 10/10 Would recommend.

Letorneau equipment service is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with! I had an issue with my dryer not heating, they were incredibly prompt on their response, showed up on time, and explained quickly what the issue was and had it fixed in the same appointment. I have already recommended them to friends and family who have appliance issues as well based on how great the service and quality of work was. It’s hard to find a trustworthy reliable company nowadays but hands down they are one of the few good ones.

I would highly recommend Letourneau Equipment Services to anyone. The pricing is great, response time is quick, the technician was honest and professional. They fixed my dryer in no time when 2 other companies had already come out. Very knowledgeable.
