A 2026 customer said Ron was at the home after hours within a few hours when the heat went out, found the main circuit board was the problem, got the furnace going with a by-pass and found a reasonably priced replacement part. A 2025 customer said a 4-year old heat pump system had failed because of defective line insulation, and that Ron gave a reasonable price to reinstall all new lines and restart the system. A 2023 customer said Ron got the heat back on within 20 minutes during an emergency heating situation. A 2026 customer gave one star over the heating and cooling system Honest Air installed in their brand new house. That 2026 customer said an outdoor temperature sensor was reading off by plus or minus 20 degrees, and that several contacts over 3 months had brought no resolution.

Ron and his team at Honest Air did a fantastic job replacing my 50+ year old boiler with a high efficiency boiler system. They were easy to work with, explained the new system in depth to me so that I felt confident in its operation, and reiterated to me that they are available for any further questions or services I may need. The price was also extremely reasonable. Following the installation, Ron was available for any questions I had. I highly recommend Honest Air.

To date we have had only one issue with our heating/cooling system that Honest Air installed in our brand new house. The issue seems to be with the outdoor temperature sensor which is causing the system to detect the outside temperature with a plus or minus 20 degree error. We have been contacting Honest Air regarding this several times over the past 3 months and still no resolution. Supposedly a new sensor was ordered but that was over two weeks ago and have not heard back as to the status. Being a heat pump system, this sensor is used to determine when to turn on the auxiliary heat strip during cold weather. We found that the auxiliary heat is coming on prematurely due to the erroneous reading from this sensor. It is for this issue that I can't give Honest Air a higher rating as this is unacceptable service for a critical part of our home infrastructure.
A neighbor recommended Ron and Honest Air when I had a wiring issue with my AC unit. Ron was quick to respond, came out first thing the next business day, and quickly resolved the issue. He was friendly, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. The experience was a great one and I highly recommend Honest Air for your HVAC needs!
