I made an SOS call to Hood Remodeling when my house flooded. Kevin and his team helped me through the entire process from working with an insurance adjuster to rebuilding. We never could have done it without them!

Tried ordering a drawer replacement from here for my vanity. While they seemed to want to help I did not receive the follow up or the service I was expecting. I was dealing with Susan since June. My last contact with her was on October 13 where she was supposed to check the status of the order and I never heard back from her. I finally gave up and found somewhere else to order it from.

Outstanding organization - top to bottom! We did a major renovation to three bathrooms in our house including a high-end custom remodel of the master bathroom. We were referred to Kevin Hood from a friend who had nothing but very high praise for the company. The initial consult was extremely helpful and Kevin and his team provided us with invaluable information and excellent suggestions. They used computer modeling to show us exactly how the finished product would look and gave us multiple options to consider. Looking back, the early planning was vital as we quickly realized how many decisions were necessary. Without Hood's help, we would have been lost. Kevin also simplified the process immensely by having us meet with his plumbing supply vendor. It was essentially one-stop shopping as we were able to select the majority of the inventory (fixtures, mirrors, toilets, plumbing supplies, etc.). All of Hood's vendors treated us great and made the renovation fun. As for the actual job demolition and construction, I can't say enough about the overall team. Kevin's crew has worked with him for years and the craftsmanship was nothing short of exceptional. The camaraderie they have with one another is infectious and they obviously enjoy what they do. I became friendly with virtually all of the workers including the plumbers, electricians, tile installers, demo/construction team, etc. The final product was stunning and the compliments we get from friends and family continue to come. Overall, we were extremely happy with Hood Remodeling and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation or reservation. Kevin takes enormous pride in his company and the work that is performed. He is very likeable, easy to work with and knows what he is doing. Great job to the overall Hood organization, vendors and contractors. Thank you so much!
