Our experience with this contractor was extremely disappointing. We were promised that two bathrooms, a sunroom, and the basement would be completed within two months. However, after 3.5 months, even one bathroom was not fully completed. The project was constantly delayed, and communication was very difficult throughout the process. Whenever we requested changes to work that did not match our expectations, we were told it would be considered a change order and would require additional payment, leaving us with very little flexibility to make decisions about our own home. Because the project took so much longer than promised, we had to stay away from our home for 3.5 months, moving from place to place and dealing with significant inconvenience and stress. The entire experience was emotionally exhausting and caused our family a great deal of frustration. We hired this contractor expecting professionalism, transparency, and respect for timelines. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. Based on our experience, we would not recommend working with this contractor.
I hade a framing job and Horizon construction team did a great job. They removed the old floor, framed a new floor, removed a window and framed a new window.
Kumar was amazing! He did a great job pulling out my shutters and i hired him to remove a surface coming out of the wall that i didn't like but he ultimately couldn't pull it out and instead worked with me to come up with a storage and organizational solution to make use of the space because my biggest complaint was that it was a dumping ground and he completely put it back together how it was and repainted all the trim on the windows and patched anything that needed patching from removing the shutters - we've already come up with more projects to work on together!
Kamar was great with communication, being specific about the scope of work, punctuality and providing value for the money. He is easy to work with I would recommend him and his company to anyone. Erik
