We wanted a mini chandelier installed and to upgrade our over the stove kitchen vent. Henry was the perfect electrician for the job. Henry was professional, respectful of our timeframe and budget, and even helped guide us when we purchased the wrong vent. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and easy to reach. Henry was early on the day of the job, which we appreciated. We could tell he was very experienced, he completed both tasks in no time. Henry did a great job in my dining room and bedrooms! He was very efficient and did the work in a few hours with no mess at all. Henry was very professional and did exactly as we asked. No touch ups needed at all for the lights that were installed. Highly recommended!
Arrived on time, completed agreed upon work, clearly communicated an unknown issue found during his visit and left the workspace clean. Hard to find people who show up when they promise, do the work at the agreed upon price and leave no trace of their visit other than the completed work. Highly recommend!
I was skeptical to hire someone to upgrade my electrical service and many of the fixtures in my 70 year old home, having been burned by predatory contractors in the past. From first contact, Henry put me immediately at ease. He has a knack for educating his clientele while not making them feel naive for not knowing everything about his trade. I never felt pressured or uncertain about timelines or prices, which were huge concerns of mine going into this renovation. My only criticism isn't truly one and that's that I wish he were a general contractor and could vet other tradesmen and work for my home-- that's how much I trust his standards and judgement.
A few years back, rain water had made its way into my basement and apparently got onto the fuse box and caused a short circuit. Power was constantly going out in the house. I've had enough so I reached out to Henry Sy and he was able to come the next day to install a new fuse box. Very nice person, very professional and very knowledgeable. I have had zero issues ever since. I would highly, highly recommend Henry again in the future if I need electrical work done.
